Portland, Me., June 22—(AP)—The battleships Wyoming, New York and Utah hoisted anchor today after a three days’ visit and departed for Charleston, S. C. The Wyoming, flagship of the fleet, was delayed an hour while her anchor, which had fouled, was hoisted by the naval tug Mohave.
