The Vicksburg Citizen says a story has been current for some days to the effect that a lady, said to be Senator Bright’s wife, of Indiana, had crossed Gen. Bragg’s lines in possession of sealed dispatches for President Davis; the contents of which, as announced, solicit our Government to receive into its Confederation the Stales of Illinois and Indiana, and in fact all the States of the West, and that the condition is to be the free navigation of the Mississippi.
