GREENSBURG, Ind., July 13.—The smallest fine possible was on record in the justice of peace court of D. T. Holmes of this city today. Ross Reed, a truck driver here, was hailed into the court on a charge of operating a truck without a license. Testimony in the case indicated the plates had been bought but not placed on the vehicle. Squire Holmes fined him 1 cent and costs.
