The Directors of the Aberdeen, Leith, and Clyde Shipping Company have, we believe, agreed to pay for three months the amount of dues charged by the Kirkwall Harbour Trustees, and the steamer St Magnus is expected to make use of the pier on her arrival from Shetland this (Tuesday) morning. We need hardly say that the change will be an agreeable one for passengers, especially at this advanced period of the year, when conveyance in small boats in not unfrequently unpleasant. The pier is now also regularly used by the Orcadia.
